It’d take mighty strength and some handy tools to remove that unsightly tree stump in your yard. But there’s actually a better way to do this. Make the tree stump look “more decorative”.
Here are three ways to do this:
First is to turn it into a flower bed, which is what you see in the photo above. Since most stumps are naturally hallow, they make for an easy flower bed. Just fill up the hole with soil, and plant flowers and herbs. If yours isn’t hallow, create a hole with a hammer and chisel.
Another way to cover up the stump is with moss. For this idea to work, the stump needs to be in a shady part of your garden. Finally, you can use the stump as a base or pedestal for another planter, garden sculpture or bird feeder.
